Les Schwab tire center was looking to open over 50 stores and remodel over 100 Les Schwab shops. Starting with an existing design, previously produced domestically, Grand + Benedicts value engineered the program and produced it overseas to drive down costs.

All fixtures including casework, custom slatwall, hardware and accessories were warehoused by G+B and dispatched to stores around the country as needed.
