We were excited to help transform this space for Ace Sushi from an old coffee shop to a sushi restaurant. Grand + Benedicts was hired for the full scope of this project from space design, engineering, and manufacturing, to construction and installation management.

Starting with demolition of the existing coffee shop, we retrofitted the space with ACE Sushi branding. To save space and catch students’ attention, we added a rolling checkout stand with a built-in snack rack. We also provided branded wall graphics and fixtures. The new space will serve as a grab-n-go restaurant on the University of Oregon campus.
